Return Period 

In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction and in compliance with California and Federal consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, return the original item. Once we accept the return, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without any justification, as per EU consumer rights. The item must meet the aforementioned return conditions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
