Delivery Charges

Incomplete Deliveries

 If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an unattended address, errors in delivery information, or refusal of delivery, we may retrieve the product and charge the customer for associated costs.
- We reserve the right to terminate the contract for the product at our discretion. If such situations result in damages to our company, we may seek compensation, including attorney fees.

Delays or Damages by Delivery Company

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues caused by the delivery company. As per **Insurance Code - INS, Section 10113.6**, we will ensure that the delivery is made using reliable methods, and any disputes with the delivery company are the responsibility of the customer.

 If delivery is entrusted to a third-party company, please direct inquiries to the respective company. As per **Food and Agricultural Code - FAC, Section 77424**, we ensure that all shipping operations are conducted with utmost care and diligence.
